As part of our commitment to ensure the safety of guests and staff during this pandemic, Singgasana Hotel Surabaya was temporarily closed on April 8th, 2020. While the city of Surabaya went through Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), we took part on this initiative by not taking any guests until the city was declared safe.
The end of PSBB in Surabaya marks the new beginning for us, as we are getting ourselves ready to welcome you back into our house. The entire hotel areas were thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant and staffs were given proper training to adapt with the new normal era.
On June 15th 2020, we are happy to announce that Singgasana Hotel Surabaya is officially reopened for public. By implementing the standard health protocol advised by World Health Organization (WHO) and Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) we will ensure not only comfort for our guests and staffs, but also safety.
Here are the guidelines for Singgasana Hotel Surabaya’s health procedure during the new normal era:
Guests and staffs must have their body temperatures checked (35 – 37,3 celcius)
Guests and staffs must go through sterilization process using antiseptic
Guests and staffs must follow physical distancing protocol (minimum of 1 meter)
Guests are required to wear face mask around the hotel area
Staffs are required to wear face mask, face shield, and gloves while on duty
Rooms and other public areas will be thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant
Hand sanitizer and wash basin will be available on several areas around the hotel
After spending a significant amount of time at home, the new normal era will be a great opportunity to pick up what was left before the pandemic started. Whether it is a well-deserved solo trip or a relaxing staycation with family members, Singgasana Hotel Surabaya is ready to welcome you back.
