Sesuai dengan usianya yang ke-8, Singgasana Hotel Surabaya menghidangkan beraneka hidangan dengan jumlah 8 macam, seperti 8 macam Canape, 8 macam Soto, 8 macam Nasi, 8 macam gubuk-gubukan, 8 macam buah dan aneka jenis makanan lainnya.   Dan pada perayaan kali ini, seluruh Manajemen Singgasana Hotel Surabaya tampil untuk menyanyikan lagu secara bersahut-sahutan.
